“The campground is an excellent “Go To” place to camp. Very nice setting and relaxing with the river winding through the site. I was on Harley and tented there for 4 days and due to how large the grounds are, the sites are far enough apart for your own privacy. Georgie (who is the owner) is very friendly and will do anything to make your stay as best as it can be. Thanks for the great stay Georgie and wish you all the very best.”

“I've been here plenty of times, but yesterday delivered an unforgettable experience. While observing the seals a Great White Shark appeared in what felt like the most improbable sighting. I always bring guests here when they visit Nova Scotia, and it is always a fantastic experience. The facilities are nice, the trail is well kept, and the view is quintessential Atlantic coast. Don't skip it, make sure to bring some water and good shoes on those warm days.”

“If you’re looking for a family friendly place to stay on the south shore you’ve found it! This place is amazing, the owners are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Very accommodating and such a pleasure to stay with, I highly recommend renting their RV/Camper their incredibly clean and come with most things you’ll need. Very close to beaches and their own boat turned take out window with campsite delivery is one of a kind. Very impressed and have gained a repeat customer, can’t wait to book again!!”

“What a stellar display. This spot may be off the beaten track, but it’s well worth the diversion. The sculptures are amazing, with wide ranging pieces both large and smaller. You could spend hours wandering through the beautiful gardens, as each piece offers a 360 view worth walking around to see. Find the time and stop in here. If sculpture gardens is your jam, don’t miss this. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🌟”

“Cute lighthouse next to a small park with a picnic area and a short walk along the water. Great to stop by, take a breather, and enjoy the scenery. There were some boards with information about the lighthouse and the nature surrounding the area. There is limited parking available (6 spots?) near the lighthouse, but there are also some street parking on the way there. Keep a look out for some very uniquely painted fire hydrants in the area.”
