I love this place for our pool and spa needs. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I am not intimidated asking questions and they are priced competitively. Highly recommended

have so much praise for paradise pools. We contacted them earlier this year for a quote to put in an “on ground” pool (half in half out). We were happy to receive two quotes – one for exactly what we asked for (and within our budget too!) and one for a full in-ground for comparison. We were shocked it was something within our budget, and began working with Paradise Pools on our new dream yard. They happily worked with us to create and edit the drawings until we had just what we wanted. We ended up growing the project to include a new patio, side walkway and front steps so that everything matched. Again, we revised the plans and they worked with us and our budget. There was never any pressure or upsell – it was all about making us feel comfortable and be happy.

When it came time for the work to begin they were a bit behind schedule, but they updated us via text whenever we had questions. Something that I absolutely love about Paradise Pools is that they will work with your contractors. They do have some suggestions for gas fitters, electricians and Water trucks which offered a great starting point. We were able to get quotes and pick who we preferred, but they contact and arrange everything if you want. Since they are the experts, I elected to have them reach out when the contractors were needed. It made the process so seamless and easy for us.

The work is absolutely amazing. The pool is stunning, and the concrete work is fabulous. They cleaned everything up so nicely, we were beyond impressed. We keep saying that we hit the jackpot with our choice of Paradise Pools! A new sign is on order for our gate so people know what to expect when they walk in; we have the perfect name - Our Paradise!

I have a beautiful 13x32 salt water pool and I am very happy with the end result. No matter what company you use, there will always be hiccups along the way, but Paradise Pools were courteous and professional. I now have an incredible backyard and priceless time with my family!
