(January 30, 2018, 9:33 pm)Mike and his team of trainers are very knowledgable on the various aspects of strength training; lifting, eating, and rest. The facility is clean and has every machine imaginable to take your lifting to the next level. Mike and his team were kind enough to take some additional time to analyze my squat and provide me with some takeaways to work on at my home gym. It just makes sense to be trained by a trainer that has the awards and recognitions that Mike and his team currently hold.
