Until last year I thought my deteriorating eyesight was an inevitable reality... until I met the staff of Vogue Optical. I suffer from corneal keratoconus...a disease that affects 1 in 2000 people. Aside from severe corneal scarring and impaired vision, it will ultimately prevent me from leading a normal life. Then I came to Vogue Optical-Lynden Park Mall and not only were they compassionate but highly knowledgeable of my disease. Dr Kapadia swiftly established my prescription as Catherine arranged a special fitting for a new lens option I didnt even know existed! As the process evolved I went to London, ON to see renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Bruce Nichols whos performed 25,000 procedures. He confirmed that Vogue Optical was providing me with the best possible solution. Catherine, Dr. Kapadia, Dr Mike and the entire staff have all played a part in giving me a new beginning for which I am eternally grateful. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

Absolutely fantastic service; I explained that I was going back to school in a week and they rush ordered the glasses for me and got them done in record time. I'm blown away with the lengths they went to in order to help me out - especially Tyler, thank you so much for everything!
