“My hard drive died and I was distraught, IBC computers came recommended to retrieve the data off the hard drive. First I called gave a run down to the person I talked to, they said based on my description that retrieving the data is possible but they would have to actually go in and see before they could make any kind of guarantee. I took my hard drive in and gave the info required, was treated as pleasantly, felt comfortable with the whole process. few days later I got a call and all my data minus a few system files was able to be retrieved! thank you for making my whole week!”

The staff were extremely professional, great equipment and tools to catch the child's attention as well as very polite. 7 month-old's can be really fidgety but she got the picture within minutes. The picture turned out so well that when I went to Service Canada for the passport application, the staff commented on how well it was taken and there would be no issues with the photograph being accepted.”

“Went to purchase a TV.. Sales rep was friendly and helpful.. Online said low stock but they had it.. He pulled it out of the box and plugged it in to ensure it worked and there were no dead pixels.. He gave advice on how to set it up.. TV was a coupon item which I didn't have.. He said no problem and advised the cashier to find it in their system and apply it.. Cashier was so very friendly.. Overall a positive experience.. Time will tell if it was a good buy..”
