“Awesome Service!!! We purchased our hot tub on May 31st, 2020. It just arrived today!! We were told 15 to 20 week wait for delivery and it's been 17 weeks. Brady and Lisa were great to work with, since we purchased our hot tub and all new patio furniture at the same time. If we can't travel, we may as well have our own oasis in our backyard!! I've had several emails back and forth with Jessica who was wonderful to work with! I was worried about what the delivery would entail, however Jay and Mark were awesome! They set the tub up quickly and took as much time as I needed to have the operation of the tub explained to me. I can't wait to start enjoying our new hot tub!”

“You have the best store, the nicest, most courteous and knowledgeable staff and Customer Service that is second to none. It's a great pleasure to go into your Brantford location. Recently, I paid in advance for a new BBQ as a gift for my daughter. She went to pick it up the next day. A staffer kindly helped her get it into her SUV. However, once she got the BBQ home and opened the box, it had some damage (no fault of Home Depot). She called your store about it. And, not only did your store come and pick it up, they replaced the damaged unit by bringing her the floor display one. AND HOME DEPOT DID THIS ON THE SAME DAY!!! This was wonderful! And the other best part of it was that it was pre-assembled! She didn't have to put it together by herself! Thanks, Home Depot! You guys are THE BEST all around!!! Oh, and also you have the best website. If you're searching for an item, it tells you exactly where, in the store, to find it (aisle number, etc). Love it AND your open/closed hours are great! “My husband and I went to the brick today looking for a new mattress. We were greeted right away by Fred R, we told him we were looking for a new mattress. After asking us how we both slept and what we were looking for in a bed, he showed us the selection of beds that they have that could work for us. He suggested we take our time and lay on the bed for a minimum of 3 min to get a good feel. Fred R was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the mattresses we were looking for. After testing multiple beds we found the one we believe it perfect for us. On top of that he even introduced us to amazing pillows that were being sold at the store as well. Overall we had an amazing experience at the brick and Fred R was an amazing help when it came to our choice of mattress.”
