Our furnace went on the fritz and we called a number of companies to see if we could get a tech to come have a look, but my wait time would have been 24 hrs or more. Sorry can't wait that long when its -10 outside and my house is getting colder and colder by the minute. Braneida not only had a better rate for the tech to come have a look, but also said they could get someone to us the same day. Perfect!
