“Spectacular view and fun experience to climb so high. Then imagine what it was like for the lighthouse keeper to go out onto the outdoor balcony to clean the windows. Skinny, rusting railing, gale force winds. Children were allowed to go out there. Times change. The guides tell you about the ghost, Lady Lillian. She was my grandmother. Hope the lighthouse and house museum will be open this summer. Looking forward to a posting of the openings.”
