They helped with every stage of the build. And their crews were so wonderful. They consult with you regularly, and looked for input throughout the whole build process. “I went into this store with specific fireplace in mind. The staff was so knowledgeable that it took only a few minutes to convince me to start looking at a smaller and cheaper unit. Who does this now a days? Convince a customer to spend less money. I’m so glad I did because it’s been 2 years and I still love the fireplace and it keeps the place really warm. “Went there today to buy deck stain. I was looking for advice on what kind. Oil based vs water based or transparent vs solid etc. I was the only customer in the paint department. Employee in the paint dept absolutely ignored me and wanted nothing to do with helping me. I walked out irritated and walked across the parking lot to home hardware. Within a minute I had 2 employees helping me and answering all my questions . Spent almost 200 dollars in stain. That sale could have been ronas.”
