The staff and owners are very friendly and accommodating. I found it to be both reasonable and affordable. i would definitely stay here again.”

“Would definitely stay here again! I loved the 15 minute walk from downtown and the beach since it gives you the opportunity to see the outskirts of the city as well while still being within walking distance to everything. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They helped us make sure we have functioning wifi, let us park our car on their lot even after checkout and double checked to make sure we didn't leave anything in the room after we had left. The rooms themselves are a bit old and I kind of wish the carpets would be replaced, but we weren't planning on spending a lot of time indoor anyhow :). There was a good and functioning AC in the room.”

“For the cost, this was a great find for the thrifty traveller, who wants to stay in a beautiful Kincardine. Handy to No Frills and Indian restaurant next door. Picnic table out back for those who wish to do take out and eat at motel. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on chairs on passage way chatting with other guests. Our door was a challenge to lock properly from the outside. A/C worked well.”

“Amazing course, great greens. Played from the gold tees. The blacks weren't too much further back on most holes. The holes were challenging but very fair. The greens were incredible. The staff were super friendly. Black Horse is a can't-go-wrong golf experience. I wish I was there again today, teeing off on #1. Several of the holes were actually masterpieces that challenge you to really think about and plan each shot, like the par-5 third hole. Playing courses like this more often would make me a better player! Also, I had an asian chicken snack wrap and fries at the turn, and the fries were delicious. We will definitely be back to this place, it was a steal to play at the rate we paid compared to some other courses up in the Bruce that should have been charging fall rates. Black Horse is an absolute gem and a great value to boot. YOU GOTTA PLAY HERE!”
