Small bakery located in Tobermory just right on highway 6, delicious sweet bread, the best croissant, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, coffee
very fresh baked goods, one of the best brownie I ever had, good simple coffee. wonderful customer service
Nice little bakery located in Tobermory. The butter tarts was just the right amount of sweet. We don’t usually eat butter tarts so saying it’s the best we’ve had doesn’t mean much. I wanted the eclairs but they’ve been sold out as of yesterday (Canada Day weekend). I saw they have these portuguese egg tarts. They’re a little too sweet for my taste but overall they were not bad. They have basic medium and dark roast coffee as well. It is better than your typical burnt office coffee. Just don’t expect any artisan coffee or specialty flavors.
I know flies are inevitable but the bakery should invest in some bug zappers or something.
A must visit place in Tobermory. If you're having a craving for some chocolate try their chocolate or raspberry chocolate pastries. My favorite is definitely the cherry vanilla pastry. The flavors just explode in your mouth and the pastry is done just right. Their egg sandwiches are perfect for a hot summer lunch. Visited 2 days in a row and both days got their chocolate donuts. They are small with filling and the kids love them. They have just enough chocolate to satisfy cravings without giving a sugar high. Their croissants are light and buttery and great for breakfast.
I'd visit Tobermory just to visit this place. The owner is a very friendly and sweet person. Must be because of all the sweet stuff she gets to make. Taking some home with us.
