“My favorite shop in Port Elgin for home decor.I needed a new runner for my hallway and a large carpet for my living room. I wanted good quality, light in color, unique, and they had to match. ( Not to much to ask..right?) .. Apparently not! There were so many to choose from that I actually walked out with 1 runner and 2 carpets!.....and little golden squrell that hangs on to my potted plants or my birdcage. Everything in this shop is unique and beautiful and some items are locally made, The shop owners are wonderful, polite and outgoing and aim to please.”

“I feel that this local appliance store and its staff should wear superhero capes! When our family's washing machine's hose developed a pinhole leak I was able to call and get a replacement hose within 10 minutes! Yes, I live in Southampton where the store is located, but during ‘covid times’, I thought I was face-to-face with a waiting game; fortunately, Square Deal Neil's swooped in for the rescue! Later that same week, the seal on the washer developed a rip in the gasket and the repair technician was able to diagnose, order the part, and fix the washing machine in LESS THAN 24hrs! The only way this store and staff can get better is to... oh wait, they can't possibly get any better. Square Deal Neil's, thank you for keeping outstanding service a priority.”
