“I wanted to give them a higher rating but sadly both times we've visited since their opening, we weren't impressed. Ice cream selection was great, service was also good...but I'd like to suggest for them to either wear gloves or use napkins when serving ice cream on a cone. Tonight unfortunately I saw the gentleman put his finger in his mouth and used the same hand to wipe off his sweat on his forehead right after he served my daughter her ice cream on a cone...I noticed that he didnt wash his hands after so that was a bit concerning. Needless to say my daughter somewhat enjoyed her ice cream but I made her throw away the cone. We'll wait a while until we decide to go back.”

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday but some flowers I picked were unavailable( due to cover ) and they were very quick to contact me and come up with solutions. They were also able to accommodate the delivery time as well to make sure my mother would received them at a time convenient for her!! “The staff is very helpful except for one member by the name of Margerit. Bad experience with her, she gave me a dirty look as I proceeded to pay at the "front", which I thought was at the front of the pharmacy, when in actuality, it was at the front of the store. Most pharmacies have you pay at the pick up counter (ex. shoppers), which is what I thought. I don't know Margerit too well but people who engage in such behaviour usually have low character. I came down with the flu which is why I have time to even write a review in the first place, but for me to even write a review in the first place should tell you a lot.”
