“5 stars for this location. I incurred a little hiccup at this location during a spend your points event in which a cashier made a mistake that resulted in me not getting the most of my purchase. I called quickly after noticing and spoke to Sherri. I must admit that I was upset during the phone call as I misunderstood the intentions of said cashier, but Sherri remained polite and calm and assured me she would look into the problem. Both Sherri and then another manager Kim came up with a solution to fix the problem. You might be wondering why the 5 stars as all of this could have been avoided in the first place. Well, because mistakes happen from time to time, and if managers are willing to put in an A+ customer service effort, having me leave happy, then that constitutes a 5 star review in my books.”
