(July 25, 2016, 7:26 pm)I am proud to say I am Wendy's first student. In 2008 I fell 15 ft sustaining a burst L1fracture. Two years later my fracture was well healed but I still had a fair amount of discomfort. I had never done a yoga class so I started with private classes. Wendy was very patient and with the use of props I was able to get in most poses.
Wendy is constantly learning and sharing her knowledge with her students.
Wendy's studio is still my happy place 6 years later. -

Her talent for adjusting the lesson for the needs of each person in the class is inclusive and positive. Wendy's studio has a significant amount of props so there is no need for personal financial investment or need to carry props and equipment to class. You will love how easy your stride is after a class.

(July 25, 2016, 12:23 pm)I was new to yoga when I first met Wendy 2 years ago, and was not sure I could do yoga with arthritis and degenerative disk disease. Wendy changed that as she consistently customizes her yoga for each & every student in the class! I have noticed such a difference in my physical condition, but one of the best things about yoga with Wendy is the emotional/spiritual support she provides. I am lucky to be a student of Wendy's!
