(January 23, 2019, 1:53 am)Oh my goodness!!!! I can't say enough good things about Oxygen Yoga and Fitness North Oshawa! Sherry and Shawn are just amazing! All the staff is helpful and friendly! I had never tried hot yoga/fitness before because I thought I would hate it but this is infrared heat and feels sssooooooo good!
My favourite relaxing class is deep stretch by candlelight
My favourite fitness classes are barre, core and fusion...and abs/butts!
I have not had a chance to meet all the instructors but Stephanie is amazing, lots of energy, always keeps it interesting and also encouraging to all student levels, Kevin is very knowledgeable of human anatomy, always makes it fun even when it's hard and keeps us on our toes, Tramaine will not let us "cheat" but is right beside you if you need encouragement or corrections, pushes to achieve poses I never in my life thought I could do! Thanks for making me so happy, strong and patient! -

(January 22, 2019, 12:52 am)At first, I was skeptical. I had tried hot yoga before, to only feel overworked and dry. Most hot yoga places I’ve been to smell sweaty, but this place always smells like wonderful lavender essential oil. This place uses infared heat which resembles the heat of the sun! Sooo nice. It’s like being out on a summer day. I also stuck with this yoga place because the staff and instructors are phenomenal. The staff are always kind. The instructors are the best I’ve ever had. No word of a lie... and i’ve tried a lot of yoga. The vibe is great and I really just wanna be here as much as possible ???? prices are also awesome! Student discounts rule ????

(January 18, 2019, 8:59 pm)Definitely not your typical yoga studio which is what makes Oxygen so amazing!. You can get it all here for such a reasonable price! If you’re a fitness fanatic they got you, or if you are a yoga person, or a person who just wants to de stress & relax.. they have something for everyone and all-levels of fitness. Great customer service, amazing instructors. And to try it out for a week it’s only $10!
Finally a health routine that’s ACTUALLY enjoyable! Nina -
