We recently purchased our first Hyundai. So exciting. Mike Taylor, our sales rep, was amazing!!!! Answered all of our questions and there was absolutely no pressure involved. He got right to the point and didn't sugar coat anything. We had a great experience with Mike!! We actually visited the dealership a few times and he was always there to help us in our decision making. Thank you Mike Taylor!!

We had an excellent experience with the staff at this Dealership - Jide our sales representative was just great from the first visit - from having our old car appraised for Trade In to closing the sale on our new car on our second visit. No pressure, and very knowledgeable - I dreaded looking for a new car and going through the process as most sales people are very pushy - Jide has a sparkling personality and an easy going sales manner that made us comfortable right away. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a new vehicle. In Finance, Gabe was friendly, quick and concise and made the finance portion of the purchase painless. This is a super dealership with an awesome team of dedicated staff.

I had another great experience at Ontario Hyundai in Whitby. This is my 3rd brand new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and all three experiences have been great. My sales rep, Phil, was super friendly and helpful (even when I was texting him after I received the vehicle with questions I had about certain features etc.). When it came to the financing portion of the buying process, Gabe was friendly and informative. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase an additional warranty (even though I knew I wanted at least an additional 50,000kms added to my warranty). He has also followed up with me on questions I have emailed him after receiving my vehicle - great communication by both Phil and Gabe.
