“Customer service returns was great. Floor staff was hiding especially in the hardware section. Apparently no cross training if the main department employee is absent. I walked around aimlessly for about 20 minutes trying to find door hinges and catch rollers. I'll stick to the north Whitby store, far superior in selection and service.”

“We dealt with Ariz who gave us excellent customer service. He gave us a great deal and was very helpful and knowledgeable. On the day our bed was going to be delivered he called us and let us know just in case our delivery was late as they give you a 3 hour delivery window. The delivery guys arrived with half an hour to spare and were very nice. We have had the optimum lux 2 for over a week now and so far so good! We got pillows but I decided that I wasn’t going to use it so we returned it with no issues.”
