“When water oozed from the middle of our front yard and ran over the curb indicating a leak in the line we called the Region who promptly came and shut the water off. They soon discovered the leak was on our property and therefore our responsibility. She was calm and pleasant and assured us they could help. It was obvious when Kelly came to see the situation that he knew his business and that was reassuring. “I call Vlad Draculas Plumbing 2 weeks ago to come and check my main drain backed up in the morning. Sam come and put camera inside the drain. He recommended to snake the drain as is just clogged. He unclogged the drain running the snake about 45 feet. After he put the camera again and show me that the drain is working and not need other repairs.
