“When water oozed from the middle of our front yard and ran over the curb indicating a leak in the line we called the Region who promptly came and shut the water off. They soon discovered the leak was on our property and therefore our responsibility. This was in the last week of January, the weather was awful and getting worse and every plumbing company was fully booked. We were panicking. Then we talked to Corrina at the Plumbing Doctor. She was calm and pleasant and assured us they could help. It was obvious when Kelly came to see the situation that he knew his business and that was reassuring. From that point Kelly and his staff took care of everything and that brought an incredible sense of relief. Donnie and Darcy did the actual job for us and although the weather had turned mild that day the conditions were still difficult for them. “I call Vlad Draculas Plumbing 2 weeks ago to come and check my main drain backed up in the morning. Sam come and put camera inside the drain. He recommended to snake the drain as is just clogged. He unclogged the drain running the snake about 45 feet. After he put the camera again and show me that the drain is working and not need other repairs. He was on time, keeping the area very clean and explained about the drain and how to prevent future blockage. I strongly recommend this company I know they have very fair prices.
