“We got into town late but the owner Lisa let us in even if it was a bit after closing so we could have a hearty meal. Talk about small town hospitality! The food was homecooked goodness. The oxtail was tender, the curry mango had a good spicy-sweet heat, and the beef patty was properly buttery and flaky. Bonus points for adding a different type of cuisine to the area. “Love this theatre! It is not too big and cozy. They have great volunteers, who are helpful and friendly... not to mention talented. All the plays I have seen here have been fun. We have been going since they started the playhouse in Vienna. Sadly we do not live close by, and we can't get to all the shows.”

“This Lighthouse is one of the oldest on Lake Erie and one of the best things to check out in Port Burwell. During the summer you can climb to the top for an incredible view of the area. There are informative signs and plaques sharing more information about the lighthouse and local history nearby. Plenty of free parking in town.”

“First time out with Mike of Big Bear Charters and cant say enough about him. From booking to pulling back up to the dock it was a great experience. He’s very knowledgeable when it come to Lake Erie but what impressed us all the most was his dedication to making sure all his customers leave with lasting memories. I can’t tell you form experience that’s what we all have. Caught our limit (24 beautiful Walleye) and stories that will hang around forever. First class all the way and you need to call Mike for your next fishing excursion.”
