Wow! Where on earth could one find outstanding customer service for warranty issues like that at Masco Canada these days? As the original owner of a Brizo kitchen faucet for 13 years, which is under life-time warranty, I was pleasantly surprised that Masco Canada would actually replace the defective and discontinued unit with an equivalent new model. Their consumer representative, Wanda, is the best customer service person whom I have ever encountered. She is very professional, courteous, responsive, caring, and willing to offer solutions with prompt actions. Wanda is exemplary of what customer service is all about. I would highly recommend Masco Canada for their solutions and services.
