“Another must stop location if you are in the area. It may be a small location, but it is full of rich history and amazing pieces. Take the time to appreciate what this little museum has to offer. I hear people complain about the price, but really its a one time fee and worth it if you are actually interested in what it has to offer. It also give you access to the lighthouse across the street, which is another favorite place to go for our family. i highly recommend visiting this museum.”

“Great Tour of Canadian history. A must see if your in the area. The tour guides are great and I have not had this happen but I have heard some vets that served on HMCS Ojibwa sometime stop in to give the tour. Everything for the most part is still in the Sub and you are able to look and touch history on this tour! I would honestly do it again it was that good. Highly recommended.”

“We went for a special March Break day for kids. It was fun and my girls learned much about musical instruments. It's a small place but nice they have their own building now. I never had the chance to ask why they had British artifacts from medieval times; if there's a local connection I'd love to learn about it!”

“great little museum with more than you would think inside. a well stocked set of real ( inoperable) guns from both sides of the wars. models of boats and pieces from planes and submarines. nice remake of a trench and a nuclear bunker. medal room has many medals from many soldiers and not far from the Jumbo statue or the train bridge park .”
