We have been customers for many years at Hometown. The staff are the best!! Excellent service, caring,most of all knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better treatment. Great small town pharmacy with excellent small town service!

The staff at Hometown Family Pharmacy are ALWAYS friendly greeting you with a smile and a hello every time you walk in. The team Kandy, Lonie, Moe, Brianna, Aldo just to name a few, go out of their way to ensure that all your needs are met and do their VERY best to make your wait time short and pleasant. They also have a high standard for privacy and make it very clear that your information goes no further then between you, your doctor and the pharmacy team.
This is the first pharmacy that I've ever felt a sense of community/family (hence the FAMILY in Hometown). There have been several occasions where they've went above and beyond to make sure I had the right medications/information, my refills were up to date, call when my scripts are filled (even when they're busy), offered me bottled water and have called me every year I've been with them to sing me Happy Birthday.
I could not ask for a better team of people looking out for my best interest when it comes to my medications and any questions or concerns I might have regarding my health.
Hometown also carries a variety of products at VERY reasonable prices!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HOMETOWN FAMILY PHARMACY!! You just don't find this kind of amazing customer service on this kind of personal level these day's, so when you do you really appreciate it!
I have no doubt that they will continue to grow and keep up the great work!

Aldo, Lonnie, Candy and the rest of this pharmaceutical family are the best in the business. From their friendly warm welcomes upon entering, to their thoughtful customer birthday calls, this team aims and succeeds at the best in customer satisfaction. I can only hope that this business continues to thrive and remain active in our small little town of Harrow. Their contributions to our town are numerous and well appreciated.
