It’s a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. There’s something for everyone, at every level. Amy is very good at giving modifications in all the classes for beginners 👍 these online workouts have been a great encouragement during the pandemic and it’s motivated me to keep going👍 I highly recommend Howe fit.
