The nice Lady knew the chassis model codes of my bike over the phone, before they even checked the parts with the computer, and they found the exact part for my old Honda Shadow ACE. They called me immediately when the part arrived, I assume from Japan, as it said "Honda, Made in Japan" I haven't used their Maintenence Services yet, but I'm very sure my Bike would be in good hands, and I am considering taking my bike there for the annual service & safety to keep it running and safe, as I am very impressed with the knowledgeable Staff.”
