“Fantastic gym, individualized feeling and always an amazing work out! My experiences at PURE Fitness have been extremely positive and motivating. The environment is friendly and all of the trainers are approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help, guide or offer modifications when needed, no matter your fitness level. The small group training feels like personal training, which is amazing. I love that a routine is set up each day to maximize my time there and to ensure that I receive a complete workout. I am never standing around wondering what to do. The group classes are my favourite because of the variety. Every class is planned out and you can tell that a lot of time, thought and consideration was put into this. No matter what I do at this gym I always leave sweaty and feeling I have accomplished something good. I always feel encouraged when coming to PURE whether from the trainer or the other members. “I have been a GoodLife member for 20+ years and have been to a few of the different clubs in that time. For the past 3 years I have been going to the Dougall location 2-4 times per week.
