If you are looking to get as strong as you possibly can and be surrounded with like minded people who are just as serious as you then this is place. You’ll get to eat gummy bears and lift kegs and cars and press logs over your head. With their help I went from a 9th place debut to finishing 2nd in the province and then 4th at the Nationals! I’ve made some great friends along the way and had some great experiences. Thanks to Derek and Haley I’m reaching levels I’d never thought I could reach and with them behind me I know I’ll still make new PRs and push boundaries that most 40 yr olds never hit!

If you want to get better, you need to surround yourself with others who are better than you. Derek and Haley (and my other teammates) got me to tap into my potential and push through all my barriers. I increased my deadlift by 100lbs in 4 months and competed in my first strongman competition with just 5 months of training. Come join the crew and smash through your plateaus!
