“Wife and I were needing a new couch for our sliving room. We went to the Brick and found the salesperson a bit in a rush once he realized we were still looking around. Went to Leon’s and found a set we wanted but cannot deliver until maybe October or later. Didn’t mind October but the later part we didn’t like. Decided to visit Onorio on Ottawa st. Got there on a Sunday afternoon and it was closed. Called the number on the door and Onorio answered and opened the store for us. Found a set we liked. He gave us a great deal including free delivery and set up. He delivered the set at the day we wanted it and the time we asked for. Now that is customer service. Delivering items at my convenience. Could not ask for anything more. From this point forward Onorio will always be our first visit and hopefully our only visit for any future home needs.”

“Flow Furniture has a great storefront. It inspired me to walk into a furniture store that is personalized. During the pandemic, I met with Joanne and the meeting was as safe a setting as you can get... masks, distancing, plenty of disinfecting, etc. Joanne took the time to get to know me - three hours - and helped me build a cohesive contemporary room. The four floor models I bought were in pristine condition and delivered a few days later, in a safe way. You'd think the pricing for a boutique would be outrageous. But it was very fair. Highly recommended!”
