A case in point, his team brought to my attention, defective material that was supplied by the manufacturer during the installation recommending we stop the work. Will went to bat to have the entire shipment taken back and replaced with brand new material. He checked in with me regularly, providing updates on the expected arrival of the new material and when it was received he crew was onsite the next day. The crew is professional, courteous and they kept our property clean during the whole installation process.
