“We decided to call Universal after a clog caused multiple areas of the house to back up and we experienced some flooding as a result. Adam was very pleasant and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone, even though it was 9:30 pm on a Saturday evening. He took care of the issue incredibly quickly and effectively, and was friendly and professional the entire time- this guy is truly skilled at what he does! We have an older home with aging plumbing and he offered some valuable suggestions that will surely save us a lot of money down the line.
