(August 9, 2018, 6:49 pm)Today I just walked in to see how much new hearing aids were. I currently have some,but one wasn't working.i was told at the location I purchased them,it couldn't be fixed
Yvonne took my hearing aid back to Matthew.not only did he fix it ,he put new buds in a new battery in. The customer service was outstanding.i highly recommend them .When I offered to pay,he said no worries. How's that for good business

However, Matthew Audley quickly put her at ease by explaining everything simply and completely. He is very well educated on the subject of hearing and is able to convey his knowledge effectively. He answered all her questions with detailed and clear explanations.
