The women staffing the reception area do a wonderful job. I often speak with Courtney in person, by phone and by email. She promptly and kindly helps me.

I am very grateful that this clinic took me in as a patient. The ladies working at the front are always helpful and kind. Thanks to Dr. Sood for getting things moving with my healthcare again. I needed a doctor to follow me yearly because of prosrate cancer in my family. Dr. Sood took me in and has been helping me with everything else. My quality of life has improved under his care. The staff have always been fantastic. Dr. Francis is amazing. The only complaint that I have is that recently it took many messages over 3weeks to get booked in for an appointment after the Dr. said I would be booked for within 1-2 weeks. Other than that they are very professional, kind and considerate.

The receptionist was very pleasant. I got in at the exact time of my appointment and the care was very thorough.

This is a mostly good family practice/walk-in clinic. There have been situations where I've left voice messages that were not returned which I find unprofessional so the admin side can be improved. Nurses and doctors provide good service and the pharmacist is particularity client-oriented and helpful.
