(January 23, 2019, 12:40 am)We were dreading buying a new car - we just didn't want the hassle of the process, but when we went to Toyota and met Simon, things all just clicked into place. He was informed, helpful, and responsive. Our questions were answered on the spot, or as soon as possible if he didn't have specific information on hand. He followed through, and followed up on correspondence to keep the process ticking along. From first meeting to driving off the lot in our new Rav4 he was a delight, and made buying our new car an enjoyable process!

The thing we loved the most about Jim is his thoughtful caring approach through the entire process of buying our new 2019 Toyota Highlander! I have purchased many cars and many brands over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences i have had. It was a previous Toyota Camry years ago, that brought me to Kingston Toyota to look for a truck. Throughout the process the team was very professional and courtesy was always evident.
