“On the way back from Toronto to Montreal, the serpentine belt broke on the 401. As it was a holiday, everything was closed in Kingston. I had my car towed to Action Auto Services. At 7:30 in the morning, I was there and explained to them my situation and that I needed my car repaired urgently so that I could get home to Montreal with my child. Even though they had a very busy day, they immediately took charge of repairing my car. Nearly 1 hour later, my car was repaired and I was ready to hit the road. Seeing (and hearing) my driver-side window dropping into the door as the weather person on the radio was warning of heavy snowfall that was about to start in a few hours is not a good combination. But I was referred to Vic’s Automotive (about 4pm) and they performed an emergency fix to keep the storm at bay, ordered the parts needed for a proper repair, and booked me in for a couple of days later. “Aaron has saved me money many times over I had my an estimate on my van of 2000 dollars Aaron got the job done almost half the price and he fixed more then the estimate covered. When he found out more parts were needed he communicated with me what was needed and what the new price would be a difference of 300 that was still just a small amount compared to the other guys estimate. This summer my power steering line went I dropped my van off before work and picked it up that evening. He's fair with his pricing honest about his time frame to fix. I've never been unhappy with his work. Bonus is he will tell you what maybe an issue I'm the future so you know what to watch for and how long.”

“Went to mr lube for an oil change ….the guy we had serve us to do the oil change (Jake) was absolutely helpful he advised of some small leaks and that we would need a new oil pan. He also noted and took a video to show that the bolt would not loosen. With nothing he could do but actually replace the oil pan he made sure the oil in our vehicle was topped up and did another check of the underneath….I give mr lube on midland a 10 out of 10 for customer service as he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as super friendly i recommend him and mr lube over and over again..”
