(December 21, 2020, 4:28 pm)Very easy despite COVID restrictions. A vet tech took my dog from the car and returned him 15 minutes later. She was extremely pleasant and Otto was happy to go with her. He had teeth removed several weeks ago and the procedure appears to have been a success.
