Cares for their patients (both human and pets). Shows they really want to make sure your animal is cared for and treats everyone involved with respect and fairness. Would recommend this clinic to all.
I am consistently impressed and comforted by the quality of care my dog receives here, and by the friendly, helpful and knowledgable attention I receive from the doctors, vet techs and staff! They are thorough, and always welcome questions via email -- as well as always follow up on my dog after appointments. Their Pet Desk App is also amazing for helping me keep track of her medications, and, the "points" I receive by using it has allowed me to have more than one free examination! 100% recommend.
Since my cat has become indoor only, she started scratching furniture and trim despite deterrant methods. This vet clinic applied Soft Claws for free once I purchased the kit, which was less than $30, for 4 applications that last about a month. It was quick & easy and my cat tolerated it well. They don't seem to bother her at all. She has pretty pink toes & no more scratching! So happy!!!!
Fantastic experience. Friendly service, answered phone immediately, was able to book an appointment the next day. The examination was a great experience, this will be our permanent vet clinic. Staff performed an above and beyond assessment of our pup and we now feel confident about his health and future vet visits. Thank you for making our pup happy and healthy! Don't even look at other vet clinics - this is the one you want if you are searching for a new vet near downtown Kingston.
The doctors and VTs at Limestone are knowledgeable and compassionate. They work with us to find affordable solutions to our cat's medical problems without compromising care. The vets give advice that takes into account clients' finances, and they've never made us feel like bad cat parents because we can't pay for expensive tests and treatments on our grad student budget. They do let us know that if the cheaper solutions don't work, we may have to pay for more expensive care, but so far, all their inexpensive suggestions have solved our cat's issues!
Limestone staff always follow up with us after appointments to see how kitty is doing, and we can really tell that everybody in the clinic cares deeply about animals.
