Breast Imaging Kingston - Ontario Breast Screening Program

Just got back from Breast Imaging Kingston. The staff are very nice and friendly. New building very clean. I was also a little nervous but my tech (Crystal) was very professional and sweet. She made you feel comfortable. Thank you.

They got me in more quickly than I expected. I was a bit nervous, but the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the facility is quiet and relaxed. What to do is very clear at all times, no ambiguity. The tech I saw (Crystal) was very efficient and sympathetic, and checked in frequently to make sure I was okay. The only drawback I can think of is the location, but space for a big bright purpose-designed building is getting harder to find in more convenient areas.

I’ve been here a number of times in the last couple of months. The staff is wonderful, compassionate and patient. Kingston is lucky to have this facility and the people to staff it!

Getting a first mammogram is scary. Having to come back for a biopsy is TERRIFYING. BUT Jessica, Dr. G. and the resident whose name has gone right out of my head? Made it easier. No pain. Plenty of explanations. No patronizing attitude. All answering my questions thoughtfully and kindly. Thank you for making a bad day a lot less awful.
