(February 9, 2019, 1:28 am)This is only my second time at Immerse, but it was again lovely. I also had the 30 minute oxygen bar, and that was completely worth the extra $20. A very relaxing way to spend some time!

(January 17, 2019, 4:08 am)Needs a touch more sound proofing. Couldn't quite get into the mindset when there are doors slamming every minute or so. Friendly introduction by a nice guy. Made us feel welcome and comfortable and explained the experience amazingly. There just needs to be more attention paid to ambient noise... Like doors slamming.

(July 25, 2018, 1:11 am)Recieved a gift card for a free float! What a treat. Amazing staff really made the experience that much better! Facility was exceptionally clean and service was great. Looking forward to my next experience at immerse spa Kingston.
