WOW WOW WOW. I am amazed how professional a person can be. Never had this much of positive experience in my life. Healing hands is the only thing I can say. Thank you all.

I had a really great experience at Kingston laser. I dealt with Kaitlin who was amazing - explained the procedure very thoroughly during the consult and was calm and accommodating during my session - made sure I was very comfortable and aware of what was going on. Their Covid protocols are top notch and I felt very safe being in their location and would highly recommend this location especially if considering the cool sculpting.

Although I love the Botox and laser hair removal treatments I received here, and the physician and tech staff are great, I had two experiences that have caused me to take an undetermined hiatus.

I went for a facial and the tech (who I hadn’t seen before) sold me on trying BBL (broadband laser treatments). She explicitly told me the cost, and said the price decreased after each successive treatment. I left and told (in text to several friends on the same day) about the service and asked their opinions - I have several friends that have also used Kingston Laser as well - many that I personally referred. I ended up booking a treatment (which was with a different tech that I really like). She was clear about the cost and I agreed to it before we proceeded. What I didn’t realize was the the cost wouldn’t go down each time. So after dropping $600 on my treatment, I learned from another source that the cost doesn’t go down. Meaning I needed at least 2 more treatments at the same price instead of the approximate 30% decrease expected. I called to ask about it and the person that took my call went to talk to the tech that told me about it. She proceeded to accuse me of being mistaken and mixing it up with laser hair removal - which, incidentally I had already had there - and funny enough, the price of laser doesn’t decrease as you have more treatments... So, in short, despite having had good success with the treatments and most of the people at this salon, it’s a luxury for me to spend money on these types of services, and it no longer felt luxurious. The taste left by this experience was not one that I have been able to shake.

I wanted to take the time and leave a review to express how very grateful I am for the opportunity to be a first time patient who received the Halo Laser treatment by the fantastic staff on Aug 27th 2019.

I have always preached the mantra "Accept who you are, flaws and all" which I try to apply to all aspects of my life. For what feels like years now I could look into a mirror and not only see my face staring back at me but I could also clearly see a road map of my life as well. Most major and minor life experiences were always out there for the world to see no matter how I tried to camouflage them.
Though I am at peace with myself as a whole, even my flaws, at minimun I am at the stage of my life where I would prefer that my complexion at least would slow down its aging process so it was closer in age to matching the age of my spirit ;) Being a new mom over the last 2yrs there's been a time or two where I would get a little bummed out knowing my appearance just didn't match the woman my daughter has managed to uncover that was buried deep within and long forgetten about. Since my first Halo treatment every day that woman I found again, not long ago, started to stare back at me when I stepped in front of a mirror for the first time in years!

As I was trying to come up with an example, put in words, that summed up just how great and confident I now feel about my skin something dawned on me for the first time.
I HAVE NOT worn makeup once since my Halo Treatment!!!!!! I'm not the type of woman that would wear makeup daily but I would wear it every time I stepped into public. I never wanted my skin to stand out in any way. I would actual feel "naked" if I happened to be without some on.

The simple fact is that just this one treatment changed something I was subconscious about so drastically that I can legitimately leave my house without a worry....... AND SERIOUSLY NO MAKEUP!!!

And as if the treatment on its own wasn't impressive enough, every single one of Kingston Laser Cosmetic Clinic's staff was beyond professional, caring, devoted to their craft and just the most respectful and courteous! Every one of them should be proud of the truly life alterning work they do day in and day out! Regarless of every patients personal reasoning for visiting your clinic and recieving treatments they can be certain they will be greated by a fabulous group of staff, technicians and Doctors that are at the top of their game and will always strive for the best possible results!!!

I could honestly not be any more impressed and beyond happy with the service and results I have recieved thus far. Thank you so very much for this opportunity and experience. I am truly astonished with my results, the Halo Laser Treatment is something I would recommend to anyone looking for similar results!
