“Have been here three times (myself, my son and my daughter) at both Dr. B's clinic and the vision center to purchase the frames and lenses. Dr. B (and his wife, the receptionist) were always friendly and informative when answering my questions. Others have mentioned that she can seem rude on the phone but (and I hope she doesn't mind me saying this) that might be attributable to English being her second language and she's not 100% adept at using higher, more formal registers used in customer service (as any of us who are a capable but not native speaker of a language can attest to). She was always smiling and friendly in person with my children and me. I've also never had any issue with the glasses I received from Costco. In fact, they currently provide better sight than glasses I've received from other opticians at other stores (whether due to the optician or optometrist at those locations, I can't say).”

“Greg/BWC have worked on multiple projects for my band since 1998. He's engineered, produced, mixed & mastered, and everything in between. He excels at all aspects of the studio, and is an amazing musician on top of that. His years of experience have made him efficient and able to keep projects flowing (which is a big help with budget). He's well known in Punk and Metal circles, but can bring out the best results for any kind of project. He moved out of my area, and my band isn't as active nowadays, but I'd gladly drive to Windsor to work with him again.”

“I was looking for an upholsterer for our dining room chairs this afternoon, and came across Braithwaite Upholstery. Several years ago, we got part of our pontoon boat cover replaced by Braithwaite after some original pieces got blown off the boat into deep water. There was also a piece with a stuck zipper. The work by Braithwaite was top notch, blended in perfectly with the original part of the cover, and is still in great shape. When I mentioned the stuck zipper, on another piece, they told me to bring that piece in, and when I did, they fixed it on the spot with no charge! I didn't realize until I did a google check just now to see where to take my dining chairs, that Braithwaite does furniture upholstery as well. No question about where I taking my antique dining room chairs. I've already booked an appointment! Cheers!!”
