“Have been here three times (myself, my son and my daughter) at both Dr. B's clinic and the vision center to purchase the frames and lenses. Dr. B (and his wife, the receptionist) were always friendly and informative when answering my questions. Others have mentioned that she can seem rude on the phone but (and I hope she doesn't mind me saying this) that might be attributable to English being her second language and she's not 100% adept at using higher, more formal registers used in customer service (as any of us who are a capable but not native speaker of a language can attest to). She was always smiling and friendly in person with my children and me. I've also never had any issue with the glasses I received from Costco. In fact, they currently provide better sight than glasses I've received from other opticians at other stores (whether due to the optician or optometrist at those locations, I can't say).”

“I came to Hiltz Hapkido looking for a more laid back environment to learn Martial Arts. I wasn't looking for the super structured classes with formal tests and levels and a hundred belts. I had already done that for a number of years. I wanted a close-knit adult class and to learn something that I feel is a genuinely effective method of self defense. Even better if it was within a decent budget that didn't cost me an arm and a leg. What I found at Hiltz Hapkido was exactly what I was looking for and more. Greg is probably the best instructor I've ever had. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional (yet informal), friendly, and he works with you on an individual level to help you understand his craft as much or as little as you may want (and there is a lot of depth to what he does!). There are so many good things about this school that I'm having a hard time putting them all into words. You should come and see for yourself! Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend Hiltz Hapkido to anyone even remotely thinking about learning martial arts.”

“Living at the Waterford Kingston is like living on a cruise ship. Fine dining and entertainment. I have been here for 5 weeks now, and I have been impressed by the staff and the people living here. The daily activities usually start at 0930 with fitness class for all levels to enjoy. Other activities also include; trivia, bingo, crafts, music and some more. The outings activities can take you shopping, dinners, or for a fun ride to see the Christmas lights in the neighbourhood. The activities do not limit themselves only to the day time but also for the evening. You can tag along and go to the movies inside the Waterford or simply go to one of the many music events. So overall the Waterford is the place for me. A place I can call home.”
