“When looking to install a basement entrance we contacted Devin at National Concrete Cutting to get the door cut. Since the door was 5 ft below grade, the cut had to be made into the foundation wall. When Devin inspected the job he also suggested that the basement window be enlarged. We went ahead with the job and it went a lot smoother than we anticipated. Not only were the cuts precise but when the door and window were installed, they fit like a glove. We were thrilled with the results. The debris removal went equally well since the concrete was cut in manageable sizes. I’m so glad that we took Devins suggestion of a larger window. It has made quite a difference in our basement letting in a lot more light and fresh air. We would highly recommend National Concrete to our family and friends. “What an awesome, bright and highly functional our new community center is!!! So excited to see this facility being used for so many activities by such a varied age group. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. It was not intimidating as some centers can be. Everyone looked like they were so enjoying being there. We are excited to be able to finally access a wide variety of activities without having to go downtown or to the west end. Finally!!! I wish they had included a pool in their construction design, however, we are thrilled to now be able to access, easily, these great programs!!!”

“I got my hair done by Tiffany. The service was excellent and the conversation was enjoyable. She definitely knows her stuff. The price was affordable though they only accept cash. They have access to an atm machine in the back. She had suggestions for my hair as I went in with only a vague idea of what I would want but she was able to quickly discuss with me how my hair would lay and how we could get it to how I wanted. The only thing I would say is I have sensitive skin so I did leave a little itchy, maybe if the hair cover was a little tighter that would not have happened but I will definitely be going again.”

“I moved into this building the Highlander, last December 2,2020. It was the best decision I ever made..owning my own home and wanting to downsize..my apartment is the best for. With a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave..in stainless steel..fantastic! And to have the option of air conditioning..is fantastic! The building is kept very clean, the exterior is beautiful and unique..with the different seasonal perennial flowers and shrubs and trees. The lawns are kept cut and cleaned weekly, and watering Is nightly and early morning. In the winter months everything is cleaned sidewalks and parking areas. No worries to fall..with he safety salt that is put done. I park underground..and the garage is kept very clean. Thank you. With the many extra amenities..swimming in the summer, pool room, darts, exercise room,library, roof top sitting areas and four BarBQ. Neighboours are so welcoming..and very dod friendly, including the cats who live her as well. Best decision I ever made..thank Homesteads Land Holding..for making this home a safe and happy one.
