  I was having trouble with my fridge and given that I live in Kingston East, they would not be able to come until next week. Over the phone they gave me some advice and it worked. I just wanted to share - they try and help when and where they can. Thank you for that.

  Wish there were TEN stars; I'm not kidding. After being ignored by another repair company, these guys booked an appointment, called the day of to confirm and showed up on time.
  THEN when John showed up, his encyclopedic knowledge of refrigerators impressed me. I'm handy, and a year ago I worked on this fridge a bit. What John did in less than five minutes had taken me hours. B/c he does it for a living, he was pretty sure what the problem was.
  I think the following is the reason behind the success of this company: I mentioned that if there were any doubts about the fan unit, replace it. John smiled with amused pity at me and said "NO!" I didn't need it. How about that- keeping it honest and looking out for his customer.
  The pricing was eminently fair. No gouging- what they charged for parts is competitive with online, just like online, bring it to your house! LOL But unlike online, THEY INSTALLED IT! LOL Try doing that with a mouse and keyboard.
  It's great to know that if / when my other appliances in my home show their age I have an honest, diligent and whip smart company to look after them.

  Our washing machine broke 2 days before Christmas. Anyone with a house full of family and 3 kids knows they need their washing machine. They sent someone out immediately who fixed the issue same day and we have had no problems since. This place is by far the best place around for appliance repair, highly recommended.
