Drew and Nick - Kingston Real Estate

I was making a move to Kingston from another city. I did my own research instead of going the referral route this time, and couldn’t be happier. Nick found me exactly what I wanted and needed. He was HONEST AND FORTHRIGHT, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, responsive—everything you want in an agent. He worked very hard for me. He was great with follow-up too. He doesn’t play the “sign here to work with me for three months” game either. I would highly recommend Nick for your real estate needs.

We moved from Toronto to outside of Kingston. We ended up going to a bit further out then we expected. During this process Nick drilled down and showed us properties that really fit our criteria. His knowledge of the area was stellar. We found a beautiful home and couldn't be happier. He handled the inspections remotely for us while we were still in Toronto.
