Justin and installer Todd were excellent in helping us resolve an issue with our flooring where the original builder had taken shortcuts during construction. They beefed up the subfloor and installed vinyl plank afterwards and didn't charge us until we were happy. We'll be repeat customers!

Seven years ago my wife and I went to End of the Roll to have our carpet on our stairs replaced. They did a great job and we loved the experience so last week when we were thinking of replacing them again we went for a visit. We were greeted by Dallas, he gave us his honest opinion on what he would recommend. When we told him we had been there seven years prior, he was able to look up our file and tell us what we needed. Just two days later Tom the installer came by to confirm measurements and carpet choice. He gave us a fair quote and we called in to confirm our pricing. We spoke with Beverly and she was able to explain the differences in carpet quality and price. Five days later, we have our carpet installed and are very happy with it!
