I recently received a newborn gift package from a friend from Hip Kids and I was so excited! It was exactly my aesthetic and style. My nursery and personal style is very neutral and not gender specific and everything that was in the box matched that perfectly. They are one of a kind gifts that are made locally and with love. Pictured are just a few items I got in the box - a beautiful reversible quilt/blanket, a swaddle blanket (sunrise over mountains image), macrame stroller toy and a beautiful pair of handmade moccasins. Not pictured is Ronda the Radish - a teethed for newborns!

Such great quality and you would never find these items anywhere else!

Thank you to this shop! My son peed his pants on a very long trip to come to the Kingston hospital. With literally 10 minutes to get there and back the owner didn’t judge my busy attitude and helped me get clothes, purchased and even the tags off as I ran back out. We made it on time thanks to her! Thank you!!! Oh and the clothes are cute as heck, nice thick material and wash great. :)

In a few short weeks we are expecting to meet our daughter. Right now with the world so upside down... can you imagine what we are feeling? The ladies at Hip Kids Kingston do. From letting us touch and take apart and put back together, ask a million questions and see a variety of different colours, styles and brands- Jenna put our minds at ease. When we ordered our car seat way back in early February we had "plenty of time." But then things changed and they changed quickly. Stores shut down, people stopped going out and non-essential items were not being shipped. "Non-Essential"- a simple item that would literally stop us from bringing our daughter to the safety of our home. Can you imagine what we were feeling? The ladies at Hip Kids Kingston do. Wilma stepped up! I mean really stepped up. She tracked our seat and got it here with plenty of time. She then hand delivered our seat to us an HOUR from her home. In a simple email response to my concerns she eased my mind. In one phone call I knew that she had our best interests at heart.

In a world that is so upside down it makes me proud that I choose to shop local, to support a local family and their business. I would highly recommend Hip Kids Kingston for all of your infant, toddler and child needs.

Recently ordered some stroller adapters to be delivered as I am 40+ weeks pregnant. Product came way quicker than I thought it would and was exactly as expected. Price point was spot on with competitors.

Also, I missed the call but got a voicemail letting me know my order was going out for delivery with an option to reschedule if needed.

A++ service and great quality products. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local store!!!
