Very nice and patient ppl that work there. Very busy there today but you felt like the staff wanted you there.

Most of the staff is very friendly every time I visit. They all look like they’re friends and enjoy working there which is nice to see. I always get very good service here. However, didn’t like the older black female employee. She’s very nasty every time I come in to me and the other employees.

I often shop at this location and always have a good experience. I recently had an issue with a pair of leggings I got as a gift and they exchanged them without any hassle. I wasn’t sure if it would be an issue as I didn’t have the receipt, but it was easy and they were super helpful. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they also offer free hemming!

I enjoy shopping at lululemon, so base stars for being a well-maintained and friendly store. Good selection and attentive staff when you're shopping.

My only gripe here is my experience with hemming. I'm grateful that it's a complimentary service, but it can be really hit-or-miss. I feel that the contracted seamstress's stitches are not of the typical lululemon quality - my shorts lack the double stitch as seen on the products.

Moreover, when getting shorts hemmed here once, I asked for it to be hemmed up to the pockets. The educator measured it and wrote for 2" to be taken off, and the seamstress took it at face value and hemmed through the pockets. I was told by the educators I'd have to buy a new pair and there was no other solution. I'm not the type to argue so this left a bitter taste in my mouth. Luckily, GEC swiftly stepped in and offered a new pair, commenting the Kingston location should've attempted to resolve this in-store.

Overall, great store and I would return to purchase, but I'd like to see the improved hemming services because while convenient, I'm otherwise nervous to get my items hemmed here!

Super happy with my trip. Found out lots of answers to questions I had about the gear and came out with some awesome stuff. Staff was great! Excited to get to the gym with these gloves!
