(August 8, 2020, 8:43 pm)Great customer service! The new renovations look great! This place has a fantastic water front view, we have stayed on both sides of the hotel and the view is great all the way around ! Cant wait for the restaurant to reopen after its renovation

(July 30, 2020, 12:37 am)Checked in and got a ground floor room, no issue. Slept 1 night and discovered the next morning that the sink backs up (they are under renovations right now). Told the desk staff and they moved us to a 4th floor room and comped our parking fees. So far 1 might complete in the 2nd room with no issue and the view is better.
