(December 29, 2018, 1:50 pm)We recently have become a one car family, a Mercedes which encountered an issue that was going to leave us stranded over Christmas. Sales Manger Jeffrey Cowtan came through in spades. Not only did he coordinate the diagnosis on Christmas Eve day, he provided a loaner car that got us through the holiday. He truly cares about his customers.

They gave me clear explanations and instructions about the vehicle. Especially after I bought the car, when I got some questions about the car and contact Jeff, he always give me honest and professional response asap. It's wonderful experience of purchasing the vehicle. Your services are impressive.
